If you are considering facial cosmetic surgery, you should be comfortable with your doctor. Dr. Jep. Cole believes that the time you spend with him in your cosmetic consultation should be both thorough and informative.
The goal of your cosmetic consultation with Dr. Cole is primarily to educate you about the surgical procedures available that address your concerns, the process of preparing for the procedure(s), and the recovery period involved. During your consultation, Dr. Cole will determine whether a non-surgical or surgical procedure will be required to achieve your desired results. You might think you need a facelift or neck lift when you actually may need a filler and Botox®—or vice versa.
The consultation generally takes about an hour. Prior to your consultation, we ask that you fill out our “new patient information” paperwork. You can either fill it out at our office or download it and print it out at home prior to your visit. The download link is at the bottom of this page. The information you provide will help Dr. Cole evaluate your status for elective surgery.

Request a ConsultationNext, you will be introduced to our Patient Coordinator, Shelley Yates. She is experienced in beauty, image, and facial cosmetic surgery. Shelley is available to answer all your questions and show before and after photos of actual patients of Dr. Cole.
You will then meet with Dr. Cole in a private, comfortable consultation room where you will spend time communicating your specific desires and wishes. Dr. Cole will examine your face and give you his advice on how to best achieve the results you desire.
